    Who it is for

One counter, two kinds of seller.

Organisers sell their own events. Sales partners sell the events TicketsMinistry assigns to them. Both follow the same four-step sale and both see only what belongs to them.

    Organisers, theatres and auditoriums

Run your own box office for your shows: at the venue, your office or over the phone.

    • Same ticket tiers, prices and seat map as your online listing
    • Complimentary tickets for guests, sponsors and media
    • Counter sales land in the same sales reports as online sales
    • Bulk guest invitations from a spreadsheet

    Sales partners

Coffee shops, book shops, hotels, travel agents and ticket counters who sell events TicketsMinistry assigns to them.

    • Apply online with your business details and get approved by TicketsMinistry
    • See only the events assigned to you, with the stock you can sell
    • Every sale is recorded against your business for reporting
    • Reprint or resend any ticket you sold
    Inside the portal

Everything a ticket counter needs. Nothing it does not.

    For you

Cash or card, priced by the server

Record cash and card payments. The backend prices every sale, so a counter can never under-charge. Organisers can also issue complimentary tickets.

    For you

    Promo codes honoured in person

Apply the same promo codes your online buyers use. The discount is checked against the live offer before the sale is confirmed.

    For you

    Allocation caps you control

TicketsMinistry sets how many tickets the counter pool and the partner pool may sell for each event. Selling stops at the cap, so online stock is protected.

    Sales history with resend

Search your own sales by order, customer or event. Reprint a ticket or send it again by email or SMS, with a record of what was already sent.

    A guided four-step sale

Event, tickets, customer and payment, then review. The portal blocks a sale that is missing a seat, a phone number or an event that is not on sale.

    Reserved seating at the counter

Seated events open the same seat map buyers see online. Taken seats are locked, and each package only allows the seats it owns.

Print, email or text the ticket

Hand over a printed ticket and receipt at the counter, or deliver it to the buyer's email or phone. Every ticket carries the same QR code as an online ticket.

    Returning customers by phone

Type a phone number and a known customer's details fill in. New customers need only a name and phone, with email and ID optional.

    Built for the counter

Keyboard shortcuts for event search, a bottom nav on tablets, and a dark mode for dim ticket booths and late shows.

    How a sale works

From sign-in to a ticket in hand.

The portal walks a seller through the same four screens every time, so a new cashier can take a sale on their first shift. Try one below with sample data: pick the event, choose seats, take the payment and hand over the ticket.

    Sign in to sell

Try a counter sale with sample data. Nothing is sent anywhere.

    Step 01 of 6

    Sign in to sell

Open TM Box Office in any browser and sign in with your email and password. Organisers use their TicketsMinistry organiser account. Sales partners use the account created when their application was approved.

    For sales partners

Put tickets on your counter in four steps.

Coffee shops, book shops, hotels, travel agents and ticket counters can sell TicketsMinistry events to walk-in customers. No hardware beyond a browser, and no stock to hold.

    01

    Apply online

Fill in your contact details, business name and business registration number, and choose a password. Takes about five minutes.

    02

    Approval by TicketsMinistry

Our team reviews the application. You get an email when it is approved, and you can check the status any time with your email and reference number.

    03

    Events assigned to you

TicketsMinistry assigns events to your business and sets how many tickets partners may sell for each one. They appear on your Dashboard as soon as they are assigned.

    04

    Sell and track

Sell at your counter or over the phone. Your Dashboard shows total revenue, tickets sold and orders, and Sales History lists every sale you made.

    Counter to gate

Sell it in Box Office. Scan it in Manager Console.

A counter ticket carries the same signed QR code as an online ticket, so your door team scans it with the TM Manager Console app and it counts in the same live attendance and sales figures. Organisers also see counter and partner sales broken out in their reports.

    Questions

    Before you open the counter.

    Who can issue complimentary tickets?

Only the event's organiser and TicketsMinistry staff. Sales partners see Cash and Card only. The backend enforces this as well, so a partner account cannot create a free ticket.

Can a counter sale overrun my online stock?

No. TicketsMinistry sets an allocation for each event: one cap shared by all sales partners and one shared by the organiser's own counter. The portal shows remaining stock live and stops selling when a package or an allocation is exhausted.

Are counter tickets different from online tickets?

No. A counter sale creates a normal TicketsMinistry booking with the same order ID and the same signed QR code. It is scanned at the gate with TM Manager Console exactly like an online ticket, and it shows up in the organiser's sales reports.

Is TM Box Office an app I need to install?

No. It is a web portal that runs in any modern browser on a laptop, desktop or tablet. There is nothing to install, and a tablet works well at a counter thanks to the bottom navigation.

How do I become a sales partner?

Apply from the Box Office portal with your contact details, business name and business registration number. TicketsMinistry reviews every application and emails you when it is approved. You then sign in and see the events assigned to you.

Does TM Box Office handle cash settlement?

Not yet. The portal records the payment method on every sale so cash and card totals are visible in Sales History and reports, but settlement between a partner and TicketsMinistry is handled by our team. Talk to us to agree the arrangement for your business.
