How can I change my registered information?
You can update your profile details at any time from your account settings.
Log in to your account
Go to ticketsministry.com and sign in using your email and password.
Open My Account
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page and select My Account from the dropdown menu.
Go to Profile
Navigate to the Profile or Personal Details section within your account.
Edit and save
Update your name, phone number, or email address as needed. Click Save when you're done.
Note
Changes to your account profile do not retroactively update the name printed on tickets you have already purchased.
Tip
If you need to correct a name on a purchased ticket (for an event that requires ID matching), contact us with your Booking ID and we'll check what can be done.
