How do I purchase my tickets online?
Buying tickets on TicketsMinistry takes under two minutes. Follow these steps to go from browsing to confirmed booking.
Find your event
Browse events on the homepage, or use the Search bar to filter by name, city, or date. You can also browse by category such as Concerts, Sports, or Festivals.
Select your ticket tier
On the event page, scroll to the Tickets section. Choose your preferred ticket type and set the quantity. Each tier shows the price and any included benefits.
Add to cart
Click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now". Your selected quantity is temporarily reserved while you complete checkout.
Enter your details
Fill in your full name, email address, and NIC or Passport number. These details are printed on your ticket, so double-check them before continuing.
Apply a promo code (optional)
If you have a promo code, enter it in the Promo Code field and click Apply. The discount will appear in your order summary immediately.
Complete payment
Select your payment method credit/debit card or other available options and confirm your payment. Your card details are processed securely.
Receive your tickets
Your tickets are emailed instantly to the address you provided. You can also access them at any time by logging in and going to My Account → My Tickets.
Tip
Ticket quantities are limited. Once a tier sells out it won't be restocked book early to avoid disappointment.
Tip
Double-check your email address before completing checkout. This is where your tickets are sent.
