Can I gift a ticket to someone else?
You can share a ticket with someone else in most cases. Here's how to do it correctly.
Download your ticket
After purchase, download the PDF ticket from your confirmation email or from My Account → My Tickets.
Send the PDF to the recipient
Share the PDF file directly via WhatsApp, email, or any messaging app. The recipient can show this PDF at the venue entrance printed or on their phone.
Name transfer (if required)
Some events check that the ticket name matches the attendee's ID. If this applies to your event, contact our support team with your Booking ID and the recipient's full name. We'll advise based on the organiser's policy.
Tip
Most events accept any holder of the valid QR code, regardless of the name on the ticket. Check the event's specific policy on the event page.
Warning
Only send the ticket PDF to one person. Each QR code can only be scanned once. If two people show up with the same ticket, only the first will be admitted.
