How to check ticket availability
You can check real-time ticket availability for any of your events directly from the organiser dashboard.
Log in to your organiser account
Sign in at ticketsministry.com with your organiser credentials.
Go to My Events
Click your profile icon and navigate to Dashboard → My Events. You'll see a list of all your events.
Open the event
Click on the event you want to check. This opens the event management view.
View ticket breakdown
In the Ticket Types section, each tier shows the number of tickets sold and the number remaining. A summary bar shows total capacity vs. sold at a glance.
Tip
The TicketsMinistry Manager App also shows a live availability summary on your phone useful on event day when you're at the venue.
Tip
You can edit the available quantity for a tier at any time from this screen useful for releasing extra tickets in batches.
