How to view Reports: Traffic, Sales & Revenue

    3 min read·8 steps

The Reports section gives you a complete picture of how your event is performing from first page view to final sale.

    1

Log in to your organiser account

Sign in at ticketsministry.com with your organiser credentials.

    2

    Go to Reports

From your Dashboard, click the Reports or Analytics item in the navigation.

    3

    Select your event

Choose the event you want to analyse from the event dropdown at the top of the page.

    4

    Set a date range

Use the date picker to filter data by a specific period for example, the week after you launched a promotion, or the full sales period.

    5

    Review the Traffic tab

The Traffic tab shows total page views, unique visitors, and traffic sources (direct, social media, search engines). Use this to see which channels are driving the most awareness.

    6

    Review the Sales tab

The Sales tab shows tickets sold broken down by tier, conversion rate (visitors to buyers), and your top-selling days and times.

    7

    Review the Revenue tab

The Revenue tab shows gross revenue, platform fees, and your net payout. This data is available up to 24 hours after your event ends.

    8

    Export to CSV

Click the Export button to download the current view as a CSV file for use in Excel or Google Sheets.

    Tip

Check the Traffic tab to see which marketing channels (social media, search, direct) are sending the most visitors and double down on what's working.

    Tip

Revenue reports finalise within 24 hours after the event ends and are included in your post-event payout summary email.
