How do I know if my ticket is valid?
Every genuine TicketsMinistry ticket contains a unique QR code. Here's how to make sure yours is valid and what to watch out for.
Buy only from ticketsministry.com
Valid tickets are only issued through the official TicketsMinistry website (ticketsministry.com) or the official app. Any ticket purchased elsewhere cannot be verified or replaced.
Look for a unique QR code
Every valid ticket has a unique QR code printed on it. This code is tied to your specific booking and can only be scanned once.
Keep your QR private before the event
Do not share screenshots of your ticket or QR code on social media or with anyone you don't trust. If someone else scans your QR before you arrive, you may be denied entry.
Present at the gate
At the venue entrance, show your ticket on your phone or as a printed copy. The scanner will display a green confirmation for valid tickets. Red means invalid or already used.
Warning
Tickets purchased from unofficial sources WhatsApp groups, Facebook sellers, or resale sites are not guaranteed to be valid and will not be replaced or refunded by TicketsMinistry.
Tip
If you believe your ticket has been used fraudulently, contact our team immediately on WhatsApp with your Booking ID.
