    How can I print or view my tickets?

    Your tickets are available immediately after purchase. You can access them from your confirmation email or directly from your account.

    Check your confirmation email

    A PDF ticket is attached to your confirmation email, which is sent instantly after payment. The sender is noreply@ticketsministry.com.

    Or open My Tickets

    Log in to your account at ticketsministry.com. Click your profile icon and go to My Account → My Tickets. All your bookings are listed here.

    Download the PDF

    Click the Download button next to the relevant booking to save the PDF to your device.

    Print or display on your phone

    You can print the ticket and bring a physical copy, or simply show the PDF on your phone screen at the venue entrance. Both are accepted at all TicketsMinistry events.

    Tip

    Make sure the QR code is fully visible and not cropped when displaying on your phone. Increase your screen brightness for easier scanning in low light.

    Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, download your ticket directly from My Account → My Tickets.
