How will I receive my tickets?
TicketsMinistry delivers tickets digitally. Here's exactly how you'll receive yours and what to do if something goes wrong.
Instant email confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed, tickets are generated immediately and emailed to the address you provided at checkout. The email includes a PDF attachment of your ticket(s).
Check your inbox
The confirmation email usually arrives within a few seconds to a few minutes of payment. Look for an email from noreply@ticketsministry.com.
Check spam if you don't see it
If the email isn't in your inbox, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Some email providers filter automated emails.
Download from My Tickets
You can always retrieve your tickets by logging in and going to My Account → My Tickets. This is your permanent backup in case you lose the email.
Tip
Add noreply@ticketsministry.com to your email contacts to prevent future delivery issues.
Note
If you purchased without creating an account (guest checkout), your tickets are only accessible via the confirmation email. Keep it safe.
