How do I use Promo Codes?
Promo codes give you a discount on selected events. They must be applied during checkout before payment is made.
Add tickets to your cart
Browse to the event page, select your ticket type and quantity, and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now".
Open checkout
Click "Checkout" to proceed to the checkout page where you enter your details.
Find the "Promo Code" field
In the order summary section on the checkout page, you'll see a "Promo Code" input field.
Enter your code and click Apply
Type your promo code exactly as given. Codes are not case-sensitive. Click the Apply button the discounted price will update in your order summary immediately.
Complete your payment
Proceed to payment with the discounted amount showing. The deduction will also be reflected in your confirmation email.
Warning
Promo codes cannot be applied after a payment has been completed. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Tip
If your code isn't working, it may have expired or reached its usage limit. Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll check it for you.
